I am not satisfied with the service

I purchased a godrej airconditioner 1.6 window worth Rs 17000.00 on 2/april from local dealer M/S JAIN TRADERS sagar complex, near Roadways Bus Stand. G.T.Road Etah (U.P.) 207001 through invoice no. 104. I have been complaining to the Dealer since 1.5month that product is not working, but no result. I made complaint on ph.no.18002095511 on 11/08. I was told that a person will see you within 24 hrs but no result. Complaint no. provided to me is 180229. I want my problem to be soughted out earliest.
