I am not satisfied with your product and service

A Refrigerator was purchased from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. on 30-10 and the same is scheduled to be delivered on 31-10. But after long persuation the delivery was made on 31-10.The machine was unpacked for demo on 03-11 when it was found that left side of lower part of the body is bent. The fact is informed to the Company as well as Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd but without any result. Please arrange for immediate action.
