Split Air Conditioner is not working from 2 months and no response from godrej

My split A/C is not working and i have reported to godrej customer care on 16th Sep 2010. My reference number is 429432. They sent one service engineer and he told that there is a problem with coil and it needs to be replaced. i have been contact with Godrej for more than two months but till now the problem is not resolved. I request godrej to fix the issue within 7 working days. if they are not responding then i will sue hem at any cost.i am frustrated and really painful.
