Battery No. EP-003879 under warranty not functioning

Complaint No. C-1-827733662 (APCC)

This is regarding non-functioning of Invertor No. BBO 722008506, Battery No. EP-003879 supplied by M/s. Godrej in the month of March. It is under warranty.

We contacted M/s. American Power Conversion India Pvt. Ltd. on 02.02. and they sent their representative, Mr. Aniket for checking the invertor and promised to replace the battery (under warranty), till now nothing has been done. I being Asthama patient, very difficult to breathe in these circumstances as we have load shedding for 7 hrs that to in the morning & afternoon hrs, there is no action taken, inspite of calling on daily basis.

He mentioned that one cell of the battery is depleted and battery has to be replaced. For your information, we installed the invertor in March and your person carried out the distilled water filling on 12.06. 10.09.2008 and 3rd filling on 12.12.2008. The same is under warranty.

We get only one reply from APCC that Battery is not in stock.
