Complain against deale

I have booked the order for kent dinnig table and six celline dinning chairs on 8th august for Rs.19700 only/- .(order no. 1356 dated 8-8-09) through Godrej authorised dealer "S'MART" shop no.52, Devdarshan, Plot no.24, sec-19, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410210. The delivery of table (with defective top) and two chairs followed by entirely different designed four chairs. I have objected for such delivery of wrong items. The dealer promised to replace the defective and improper items with proper ones. Further, he showed his inability to give such replacement and promised to return back the sum of Rs.19700 only/- ; which he has not fullfilled.

Therefore i request you to do the needfull in the matter as such kind behaviour of dealer tarnish the image of Godrej interio, 'ur brand products.
