Manufacturing defect

The product was defective from the beginning and in spite of complaining several times the Company didn't replace it. However later on they charged Rs.1300 to repair it but they still can't fix the problem and are demanding more money now. The situation is such that we have lost our money and the Oven is still lying nonfunctional. It's been a simple case of cheating.

We request you to help us in getting the product replaced immediately.
