Micro Over Not working since 20 July

I registerd complaint in Godrej costomer care on 22 July as 934224, The technician came day after and told that the PCB is not working. He told that the company will repalce it within 48 hrs as is in warranty periode. I frequently called the call centre from 22 till 15 Aug. But the company is very careless regarding costomer care. I am thinking to proceed for consumer forum. Your valuable help is essential.

the warranty in such cases must be extended with the penal action against the company.
