Godrej - Microwave Oven
Service complaint - no response

I have raised a complaint with Godrej customer care almost 3 weeks back as my Microwave Oven is not working. Call no - 953108. I have been told that the technician is going to contact me and I am yet to hear from the technician. Its been 3 weeks now and I am not sure how much more time will they take to get back to me. I am extremely annoyed with the service and I already started repenting for even choosing to buy this product. The product gets its fame not only by its quality but also by the service the company provides. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
