GODREJ MICROWAVE OVEN VACUUM CLEANER COMBO PACK
MATERIAL FOUND IN BROKEN AND TAMPERED CONDITION

Sir, I had ordered for a combo pack of a godrej microwave oven and a vacuum cleaner (order no.701111587) whose option was cash before delivery. I had followed your norms and paid cash (Rs.4990) before delivery. BLUE DART courier person phoned me about receipt of the product, I went to their office and found the package tampered, material out of the packet and broken. I refused to accept the product on29.04.2009.I had complained to your customer service through phone for five (05) times, and received two complain numbers (1432847, 1458928). Every time I call them they give me wrong and false information about the receipt of broken material to you and offering me a replacement of the product. Have I done anything wrong booking a product from your shop. I think I have to complain to the higher authorities about the matter for assisting me to get the value of my money. Material shipping address, phone number etc. are given to you previously. Please let me know about your decision against this complaint as early as possible.
