DEFECTIVE ITEM

We were supplied gift item by i-mint program (ICICI Credit Card) against rewards points & the product was send by KAVIRAJ Housewares, banglore. The Godrej Microwave was dented from top & further did Not fuction at all & Godrej rep, told us that PCB is defective & need replacement. Hence a defective item was thrust upon by M/s Kaviraj Housewares so the we may slug it out with Godrej for redessal. Godrej rep also told that Cooking utensils were also not supplied which are part in this item & receipe booklet was missing.
