Refrirgerator not working

First of all the complaint was reported to Rajkot Based Dealer M/S K.A Desai & Co.

The delater has not respoded properly and I felt that he is not interesting in my complaint.

After several phone call he sent a service rep. from service stn. three days ago. Rep. collected 350/- rs.by saying that the fridge will be lifted the next day. The fridge has not been lifted and I am still awaitng to gert it repaired.

My phone has not been received by your Rajkot based authorised service stn (The Ph no is 0281-2587052).

When can I get my refrigerator repaired???
