Door got rust

Sirs, I have purchased Godrej Pentacool 180 ltrs from M/s Southern Agencies, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh with Sl. No.125073 on 29-10. There is still warranty of 5 years. The door of the Refrigerator got rust and small bumps formed and holes have come two years back. When asked the Dealer, it is said that this product could not cover the warranty regarding rust of the body and advised tinkering privately. Kindly inform me whether this product covers the warranty of rust which is within the period of 5 years of purchase. Kindly let me know the fact because the door has formed holes and gradually expanding.
