Delay in delivery of project

I had bought a house in Godrej eden woods project at Than in Bombay in the year 2006.

Ever since then the project has been delayed close to year and Godrej has been not responding to my telephonic queries on settlement for losses.

The project according to the agreement was to be delivered in Oct hence I had taken a floating loan and now the interest too has gone high from 7.5% TO 12.5 % and i am loser on both counts.

I would expect the management to pay for the losses of approximately Rs25, 000 per month of preemi and the increase in percentage of loan due to their delay.

Even now they have not fixed a deadline.

Their top management is not bothered and the lower staff are incompetent.

Their current building Birch in the same locality is full of leakage and faulty construction problems.
