Freeze is not giving proper service

I have purchased a Freeze on 23.10.2005 from Gan esham Electrotech Super Market Pvt. Ltd., 3rd Floor, Gaurav Towers, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur vide Invoice No.3855 product serial No.2109 Metallic Gold.

Now the Freeze is not working properly. It is not making frost.

You are requested to please give the concerned to attend the complaint immediately. It is also mentioned here that the product is under warrenty period.
