Not attending the problem

I have been contacting Mr. Sukesh (Mob. No. 9811441405) and Mr. Mukesh of M/s.M.K. Enterprises, CB-202 Harkrishna, Plaza, Nairaina, New Delhi (but they says M.K. Engineers) are AUTHORISED service centre of GODREJ form last 7 days regarding attending complaint of my refrigerator. At last on 31.05.08 they attnded the complaint and of the observation that Compressor is out of order and a new one is to be replaced in lieu of the faulty and promised to get the same done on Monday (02.06.08). For attending the job they demanded Rs. 150/- which I paid and they gave me a complaint attendance slip which I can produce as and when asked by M/s. Godrej.

On 02.06.08 I am calling them since morning, now they are asking me to first deposit Rs. 4, 500/- in advance then compressor will be purchased and replaced. I told them how you are asking for Rs. 4, 500/- for doing nothing being a authorsed Servie Centre..

I request you to please look into the matter and cancel their dealership due to harassing the prestigious and genuine customer.
