I am Sripathi. I have purchased Godrej Refrigerator-1904 on the last week of 18th July. After coming to home we could find the damage in metallic door of the Refrigerator. So immediately I called the show room sales person and informed him about the defect. But they did not get any reply for my call. So I have visited to showroom care. They told me that it will take 7 days to get it replaced. After continuous follow up again them said need 3 more days. But those 3 days are also over. Still not get any reply. The respective showroom persons are not even ready to give the contact details of their superior.

I need my money back otherwise the product should be replaced
