Service technician not turning up

Complaint No. 616102 The service technician came to house on 23/10/09 and removed beeding of refregirator and took with him. He said he will come next day with new beeding and fit. He did not turn up till now. When we call his mobile phone, he is not piacking up. When we called Godrej service centre number in Hyderabad (Phone No.66431000), the consumer complaint cell employee is not giving proper response. To day is 10/11/009. I could not use the fridge from 23/10/09 till today. They have given me problem for simple replacement of parts. The name of the company is very big but the service is poor.
