Godrej Refrigerator 195V2
Compressure is not working

Dear sir,

We have Godrej Refrigerator of capacity 195 ltrs and model 195 V2 purchased by us on 20.12.2007.

We had purchased the same from Om Punamiya Jewellers & Enterprises Gholwad- 401702. But the same order was forwarded to M/s G.M.Services Palghar-401404. We are facing with the problem of water dripping in side the refrigerator right from day one. Repeated compliant logged with Om Punamiya Jewellers & Enpterprises. Mr. Vilas Mob:9270693097 attended the compliant twice on 5.1.08 & 27.2.08 wherein he mention thrmofob to be replaced which has not been done till date. Now Om Punamiya Jewellers & Enpterprises he is also now not responding with complaint and says it has to be lodged with the company directly.

This is not expected from a reputed company like Godrej. I personally feel that Godrej is no more interested to maintain its goodwill. Even some of the dealers had advice us not to go for Godrej as the complaints were on the higher side and the customer is always on the receiving end.

Please see to it that the complaint is attanded immediately and please request your dealers not to pass their responsibility to the customer.
