I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator 400 lit in year 2005 from Goyal Radios, Sangrur. I faced a cooling problem in year 2007 and contacted the service centre. It was rectified and the service centre has sugested to go for a Mantainance contract. Now I have a mantainance contract (Application No 105355) till Sept but no maintainance. This year I am facing a problem of cooling. My refrigerator's auto-defrost system does not work. After few days a huge amount of frost deposits on the coils and the cooling process in refregerator stops. Many times I have complained about this problem at your toll free No. (1800225511). Every time they allot me a new complaint No. (964100, 967183, 972770). Only once a service man has come to check the complaint and promised to come back with spare parts. But, he never returned. Number of times I have called to the concerned person but he doesn't give any response.
I just want to know that is it called customer care or customer harrasment?
Since Godrej has a good name in our countary, senior persons are required to look in to the matter and pay a due attention. Otherwise, nobody will believe in brand's Name.
