Non Repair of Refrigerator in Warranty period

I had purchased a Godrej refrigerator 415 litres model GT 42 on 1st May with a 7 (or 9) years warranty on the compressor. The fridge was not cooling properly around the last week of September and so we made a complaint to the service centre. The service engineer Mr. Mahodaya came and after checking informed us that the plastic water collector inside had melted and the relay had become dysfunctional. He removed the plastic water collector and changed the relay and also committed that he will place a demand for the collector and on receipt of the same come and fix it. However he did not come for a month thereafter and on repeated enquiry kept informing that the collector had not been received form the company.
In the 1st week of October the fridge again stopped cooling and again after lodging a complaint the same service engineer Mr. Maurya came and said that the compressor had become defective and needed to be replaced. We gave him the photocopies of the requisite documents and he went away saying that he would place a demand for the compressor and on receipt come and arrange for the compressor to be changed. It is more than 10 days now that the fridge is off and the service engineer has not even bothered to inform us of the latest status. The calls to the service cetre has not yielded any results also.
Please advise what further action should be taken to make the service centre react.
