ICECREAM GETTING MELT IN FREEZER

I am hvaing complain registered under # 325202 but godrej service centre not doing reapir properly they colelcted rs. 350/- says shifitng charges and refilled gas but despite that freeze not working ice is getting melt in freezer. they are not attending and just every day we are facing problem of calling service centre. my freeze is under AMC # 0908050214 FREEZE PRCHASED ON 14TH APRIL. CONTRACT EXPIRES ON 7TH AUGUST.
