Cooling problem

Sir,

I have a Godrej Refrigerator. Since 27.2.2009 It is not functioning well. The cooling system is totally fail. My complaint was entered at call centre containing Regd. No.720570 dated 27.2.2009. One Technician attended it and did something. It runs for one day or two day smoothly then again it failed to function cooling. Since 27th February I am making complaints continuously.

To day, when I warned to approach to Consumer form, your office gave me a fresh Complaint number containing 721557 dated 19.2.09. I am afraid that there is something wrong. I am being cheated by your Company it is my own thinking. Why did you changed my Complaint number.

In case if within 24 hours, my complaing is not removed, I shall be permitted by you to see the Consumer Forum.
