This is to inform you that our godrej refrigerator (GDE 23/C1. S .no. 2047), purchased on 27-05-08 from chadha electronics, delhi road, has been creating problems since ten days. This is the third time that the refrigerator is not working properly. The brand of godrej itself is a big name worthy of trust, and that is why we thought this would be the best for our usage. Thus we purchased this model blindly trusting the age old brand, but from last one year we are facing problems with the refrigerator piece.

We have got the refrigerator repaired twice before, some six months ago. We had been complaining at godrej smart care office, lal kurti, meerut regularly. Yesterday a serviceman came to check and complained of gas problem. He told us that he will take the refrigerator to the workshop but nobody responded after that. We are not able to have a glass of cold water in this hot season. We are very disappointed with this type of brand which creates problems so soon. This is our last straight complaint to the authorities. We will be looking up to the consumer court for help if no immediate action is taken within 24 hours. We strictly want our refrigerator piece to be replaced as soon as possible and the authorities to take note of the complaint. Please take action lest the customers stop believing any age old brand.
