Cooling Problem

Sir,

I have Godrej Refrigerator (Model: GPE 220P).

There was cooling problem in my fridge. The first complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre, Pittapillil agencies, Kothamangalam, Ernakulam (dist), Kerala was in the month of may first week. Since then I am struggling to resolve this problem. Following are the details of the work carried by the Godrej technicians so far.

1. In first visit of technicians from Godrej, they said that the cooling gas in the fridge got blocked and they asked to filled the gas again and to pay Rs. 1150.

2. After 10 days they visited again and filled the gas and I paid Rs. 1150. But again the cooling problem was observed. This time Godrej technicians came after 12 days and repaired again.

3. Again cooling problem observed on the next day. I complaint the same again but so far I have not get any response.

So, I request you to make necessary arrangement to rectify the complaint.
