Sir,

I had purchased a Godrej Refrigerator about 3-4 year back. This is covered with AMC at present. It was not working properly since date of purchesed. I had made complaints. Complaints were attended by the manufacturer time to time and advised me to get AMC for permanent solution. So I got AMC from the Company.

Since 31.7.08 I am facing problems in this fridge. The details of my complaint is as follows:
