Non-Returning of New Refrigerato

Sir,

I perchased a Godrej Refrigerator on April from "GREAT EASTERN", UTTARPARA, DIST-HOOGHLY, WEST-BENGAL.With in a week my wife found a problem. She reported and technical staff came. They are unable to solve the problem even after changing the door. Lastly they took back the Refrigerator for changing Cabinet (as they told my wife) 1 &1/2 months back. After doing so many quiries I have not got my Refrigerator back. What should I do now? My latest Complain No.- 638867
