Not replacing time

Hii neha here... n i just only want 2say that theres such a bad n very poor service provided by godrej... have taken our refrigertor 1year back in an exchange offer in the month of deepawali... and now got the problem with some defrostng and these people told us that they have to replace it with the timer and strange is that godrej co. dont have timer with them... i cant even think that this company firstly force us to take an AMC... n when we taken that..they are not showing any response... daliy from the last sunday that is 23 of august 09 i have been filing my complaint atleast 5 to 6 times in a day n everytime they used to say that we are sending our engineers within 24 hours an sooo... and till now 29 of august i havenot got any response from there side...

lastly i just only want to say plzz we are really having soo much pproblems with our fridge and pllz try to solve this problem as soon as possible...

and plzz solve my problem asap..
