Poor work man ship and responce from Godrej Representative

I am in possession of a Godrej make refrigerater model 265 ltr sl no 56568 colour grey. I went into AMC vide United Home Care Noida vide their bill no 573 dated 24 Dec 08 .After AMC my fridge developed a problem of less cooling in the comparment leading to no ice formatiom in the deep fridger and spoiling of stored goods.

Accordingly i had registerd complaint in thi regards for 05 times. Howeveer the status of thr problem / defects remained same. The details of the complaints are as follows:-

5 22 Sep 09 868453 Gas charged. No imp. Telephonically informed to ur rep (call center) but no responce till date. Received massage by LM -GODREJ on 04 Oct 09 that work completed satisfactiorily. This is not under stood view my observation of unsat performance against this cmplaint.

My fridge has been completely spoiled by ur team by doing hhit & trial experiment due lack of professional knowledge. The problem of less cooling / no ice formation remained same leading to continued spoilage of stored foods etc.

This type of lackadaisical attitude from the rep of world known firm is not apprecited and uncalled for.

Ps get my fridge restored to its peak efficiency within a week to avoid unnecessary trouble to customer
