Dear Sir

We have purchased a Refrigerator from your dealer at Ludhiana (Punjab) last month. But this gives the problem against cooling. We approch the dealer for this, but he said that you contact to the company.By this type of poor responce we face lot of trouble. You are requested to take up this compaint on priority basis.
