As per subject my complaint No.924644 dated 19/07.

I have a Godrej Freeje Double Door & having AMC Contract with you.

Iam totally faidup with your procedure.

After Complaint on 19/07 someone come from your side to attend complaint after 2-3 days again falt in it.

last 7 days i call every morning in your delhi office telling everybody regarding my problem they said it will be cleared by today

but i dont know when that today comes or may be not..

once i taken faridabad service engineer no.with you n make call them man arrived from there n said its compressor to be changed you make again new complaint after that we got new compressor n will be changed

i taled with your pepole in delhi office they said no need for new complaint no.it will proceed by old complaint

i dont know what is your internal proceddure.

i am totally faid up in this hot whether ny refrigerator is complete off.

every day we faccing problem things laso demage n no cold water for drinking etc...

its very sam on Godrej Co.

In future i never buy any Godrej Products n never giving somebody advice to buy any godrej products

i have taled with ms.anupama, ms.riya, deepa, anita, narendra, sudhir, mr... n today i talk with mr. Deepak

but no...

every day they said to day it will attend n complete the problem

god knows when that day came or...
