Gas leakage and Compressor-non-functional

I purchased Godrej Refrigerator, Cold Gold, Model No. GDD310 from ASHA & COMPANY, 110, JOHNSTONGANJ, ALLAHABAD on 06-06. The refrigerator has stopped working and the service centre representative visited me on 04-06 and then on 06-06-08 vide RDC No. 1081 dt 6-6-08, the mechanic (from Vasu Appliances Services ph no. 0532-2423105, 3209507) again came and confirmed that Compressor needs to be replaced. I have been repeatedly calling the Dealer as well as the service centre but till date no action has been taken. I regret to inform that this reflects on the poor after sale service of your company which causing me great inconvenience and mental harassmment since I have paid my hard earned money in purchasing the appliance. In case no action is taken by you immediately, I will be forced to take legal action through suitable court of law. I hope you not compel me into a legal hassel which will reflect the company's name.
