1. With reference to retail invoice duplicate bill No 42/63 in respect of Krishna Shankar Dey copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your perusal and information please.

2. We have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator GFP-2805 ZOP S.No 50004629-2045 amounting to Rs 17, 700/- from M/s Akash Stores, Bilaspur on 21 Oct.

3. The product has been defective on its body, which is being rusted and the chips are falling, the matter has been complained to the M/s and they have made the communication with your firm in Chhattisgarh and the engineer has taken the photographs of the refrigerator. The product has been assigned with the Rust Free 10 years Warranty with ZOP Technology. THE POOR SERVICE CONDITION CAN BE WELL JUDGED WHERE THE PRODUCT SOLD OF RUST FREE 10 YR WARRANTY NOW ITS RUST IN WITHOUT WARRANTY AND SERVICE, HOW THE COMPANY IS MANAGING THE PRODUCT SINCE NO SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ON IT. ALL THE CONSUMER SHOULD GET THE MATTER REFLECTED TO THE CONSUMER FORUM IF THE COMPANY IS PENALISED FOR THE POOR SERVICE CONDITION THEN ONLY THEY WILL WAKE UP
