Cooling Problem

We bought the refrigerator sometimes 2 years back and from the day 1 we were facing

problem regarding cooling. We called the customer care many times, the person come

and do something and say now it will work properly. One person had taken the AMC cost

also but we are not getting any benefit from the same. Please do something.
