Godrej refrigerator GFP 430X/Y
No cooling at all

Since the 30th November refrigerator is not coling. I made a complaint on Monday Nov 2. COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 364494. Someone came at6 pm on Tuesday and spent 3 minutes and said that 'fan motor' needed replacement. Next evening two other technicians came and said Stabiliser was of 1 kv whereas it should have had only 0.5 kv. The next day he came with a technician and replaced the voltage stabiliser. He opened the rear panel of the freezer and said that he was able to set right the fan motor and that it did not need a replacement, The machine is still under warranty. We said that we were not satisfied with his casual statement that the motor did not need replacement but only minor adjustment. On our protestations he went away and came back next day and said he would replace the fan motor. He said he had done that and that we should connect the refrigerator after a day. On reconnecting the next day it slowly began to cool.

Today Niovember 8 it has stopped working agin.

We wuld like this to be repaired honestly and the machine restored.asap.

Is there a private business within the service station system?

pl send some competent person to set this right. we have now been without a refrigerator foe 9 dayys! wE ARE TO LEAVE FOR mUMBAI ON wEDNESDAY nOV 11. cAN THIS BE SET RIGHT BEFORE THEN? pL UNDERSTAND IF THEY KEEP TAKING S MUCH TIME WE ARE STUCK HOME AWAITING THEIR ARRIVAL
