Water sweating from chill tray &inner panel

I purchased the refrigerator as above from M/s Raj electronics, SCR-26, Janpath, Bapuji Nagar, bhubaneswar on 4th may which was duly installed by your service provider on 7th may.

Right after that day we noticed continuous sweating from the chill tray and the inner panel that was resulting in flooding of water inside the compartments followed by trickling down of water around the vicinity. This made the refrigerator virtually useless. on complaints, the service providers undoubtedly attended the complaints but failed to rectify the defects. finally the first refrigerator installed on 7th May was replaced by anew one but this replaced refrigerator was worse than the previous one. The sweating as reported by the mechanic from the same areas was almost double and even the engineers deputed for the purpose by your service providers have failed to remove the defects and have been buying time to somehow the guarantee period. The manager Sri jayprakash keeps on assuring to sort out the problems within two days but his assured time limit never comes. This is my last effort to reach you with a hope to get justice failing which i shall be constrained to seek my redress at the consumer's court followed by drawing attention by the media.
