Poor after sale service

Our fridge is not been working since last 10-15 days & even after repeated reminders thers had been no response from service center to my complaint.everytime a new problem is being told to me .i am highly dissatisfied from the poor service provided.i had got no benefit of purchasing from a reputed company.

in such hot season, i have to work without a fridge, i want you to seriously look after my complaint as soon as possible
