Cooling Problem

I had purchased a Fridge model GF 21 in oct. 03. Uptill April 07 i dont have any problem. In May 07 i observed cooling problem. I had given complent to custumer care. That technician told me that their

no gas so we have to refil it. that time he told me that it is a manufacturing defect, but we will solve it

and u will not have any problem. That time this whole procedure takes more than one month time.

Again now i m having the same problem. I had given the complent in custumer care. I m staying at Bhandup

so i talk to Mr. Rohit Kharade, the area manager. After two days the technician came and said u have

refil gas because their is leakage, ad he dont have the some solution (for packing purpose) so he will come

tomorrow. But uptill now (after more than15 days) he didnt came. I am calling in custumer care, calling to Mr. Kharade but there is no response. So I request please do the needful. Phone no. is 9322496810
