NOT SATISFIED

I have a Godrej refrigirator and it was NOT functioning. We made a complaint thru phone. The took the complaint and came for maintenance..They said it is problem with gas leaking and it will cost Rs 2500 and we asked them to go ahead since it is affordable for the existing fridge..they have done some services and it ran well for that day. and charged Rs 3500.The next day it was not working and again we made a complaint.then they have come and told that compressor is NOT working and it needs to be changed and it will cost another Rs.2500. So WHY CANT THEY HAVEN"T FIND OUT the problem before taht first service..Since it is a old fridge if they could have told me in the first step itself it will cost around Rs6000, I would have gone for the new fridge. Unnecerly the put pressure on me and I lost my money due to this poor technicians and poor godrej technical group..WHO WILL PAY MY MONEY..GODD REJ IS A BIG COMPANY IN THE MARKET AND THEY CHEATED a lot.

PLEASE AWARE OF THIS EVERY ONE..
