Cooling Problem

Hello Sir,

I have Godrej Refrigerator (Model: eon, 200 lt.) which i bought in the month of December.

We bought this fridge for the purpose of getting quick ice in Summers but it failed in responding to that.

We register a complain to the dealer from where we had bought this fridge. He then send a technician from the godrej company as we were told.

He came twice for solving this problem, but failed to diagnose and then started giving lame excuses.

Infact, he reached this stage that this model is stopped manufacturing by the company.

We want the best solution of this problem. Please do respond to this problem as soon as possible.

For your kind information our family have a great brand loyalty towards your company from last 23years. W e have at least 25 products of this single company.

Please respond to this problem as we are prime consumer of your products and hoping to make this relationship & faith even more healthier and strong.
