Non-attention to complaint

Plz. refer my complaint vide no.604464 of 29.12.08 on toll free no.1800552211.The technician came within two hours at my residence and opened the unit. he said that the timer would be replaced. After saying so he said that he was going to take the parts and also asked for Rs.250.We said that the due charges will be paid after repair. he went away. again acomplaint was made vide no.604594 on 01.01.09 when the said technician did not turn up.. today on 02.01.09 there was a call from your local office enquiring about the repair. I lodged my complaint with the caller for the worst kind of after sale service being provided. He also said that so called visiting charges are to be taken before commencing the work. Such type of distrust having been given, gives a bad name to the system under your control.
