Cooling problem

Hi... Good morning.

My name is UDAY JOSHI. Last may, month i purcheged one godrej refrigerator

From digital shoppy at R T C x roads in HYDERABAD.

I faced cooling problem in my fridge. I fond this complaint within one week period only from purcheging date. Some days its working, some days its not getting cool. Its not working properly But there is power in side..Last time i noticed to some one. Ofcorse i called up to mobile no. That No also i got from Zst dial centre. Acctually last may i spoke to show room peoples, They said ur complaint vl resolve by GODREJ tecnicians. We vl inform to them, they vl come & do. But still today nobody can't visited to my home. Im beleving godrej. so thatwhat i picked that brand. If my complaint is not registered please take this mail as a my complaint. Any way i have lot of hope on this mail. Please resolve this one as oon as possible. ofcorse i can under satnd here its vl take some time.. Becose im also working as customer support engneer in one of the electronics company.
