Dear Sirs,

I am from Chennai. I've purchased Godrej Split AC 1.5ton during April. It costed around 22K. Its a hardearn money. Within 6 months, till date, I have lodged complaint for six times, attended by the technician 10 times, i.e. first a technician will come and just check the problem, it will be attended by another technician next time. Nobody will open their mouth, they will not bother to mention about the problem, like a robot they will come and go. Within maximum 10 days, sometimes the same problem will arise or a new problem. If we call Chennai customer care, they will dodge our calls. In other words no respect to customers' feelings. If anybody knows how to deal this situation, I will be very much obliged.
