Godrej Split AC 1.5Ton
Non-satisfactory service

I purchased Godrej AC 1.5Ton of Godrej Make from M/s Satlej Enterprises, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh. The said AC was got installed in the month of April. Now the summer season is on peak, but the installed AC has time and again giving problems. Complain No. 287022 was lodged with the Godrej Service Centre. Problem was not rectified properly by the technician. Again Complaint No.287058 was lodged with the firm on 1st August. But as of today the machine is not rectified. It is a case non-satisfactory service on the part of M/s Godrej & Boyce. The services are definitely required to be improved by the firm to maintain its repute. Management should look into the root causes as non attendance of the complaint leads to bad image of the company.
