Blower Motor Damage within 05 months of purchase

I had purchased a Godrej Split Room AC Model No. GSC 19 F4 in January from Southern Agencies MG Road Warangal Andhra Pradesh (tele.no. 0870-2565412). Within only two months of its use there was a trouble in the motor. I was told by the service care mentioned above that the blower motor is damaged. It is rather shocking that there should be motor damage in such a new piece of AC with such limited use by us.

More disappointing is the fact that no new motor is available with the dealer. It is taking more than a week for the motor to arrive from Hyderabad which is causing great inconvenience to us as the summer season is passing by and therafter there would not be much use of the AC.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible because we expect prompt service from such a prestigious company as yours particularly in a matter where there should not have been any scope of complain at all.

I expect response of your acknowledgement for my complaint.
