Rude Behaviour of Manager Mr. Sahebrao with custome

I, Undersigned, Dr O B Somani Senior physician practicing at Latur (maha) since last 25 years had bitter experience at 'Next Showroom' Latur which I would like to convey you by e-mail

I had visited Next Showroom for purchasing Washing Machine and Air Conditioner on 30 th Oct at 01.35 pm where 'Sahebrao' was the concerned person in that showroom had behaved very rudely and arrogantly. He never satisfied customer and had abused unnecessarily. My request is to enquire in this matter why he has behaved like this and action shold be taken against him. After taking action this action shold be conveyed to me on my hospital address, so in future this should not be happened with other cusomers.
