Poor customer services

Sir,

i am a costumer using Godrej washing machine. about two and a half months before, ie no 02-10 my washing machine was given for service at GODREJ SMARTCARE in KOLLAM (Kerala). i was informed that my tub had a leak and had to be replaced. the model was GDS650NT and appliance no- 501076.the service card no is J20 dated 02-10. i had been informed that the tub has to brought from Jaipur and it will take maximum '1 month'!!!

until now i havnt got my washing machine back and they are giving the same excuse that the tub is not yet arrived. my mother washes clothes herself now and the authorities are still saying that they havnt yet repaired it. my father who is working abroad has told me to inform the authorities that we no longer need your product if it is going to take anylonger. i had spent more than enough calling them each day. if GODREJ works for the common people then please accept my complaint and take necessary steps.
