Non resolving of customer complaint

My semi automatic washing machine is under AMC with the company.

I had logged a complaint for non functioning of the spin motor on dated:27.06.09 vide their service call no:440292 .Then after their person has attended twice but could not rectified it and he informed to send some senior technician to get the machine repaired.

But unfortunately after my several reminders also no body is attending the complaint. Due to monsoon days we are facing hell a problem due to such delay in the repairing.
