I have a Godrej Fully Automatic Washing Machine and i am having Three (3) years Comprehensive AMC of that. On 12.08.2009 (Complaint No. 216476) i lodged a complaint that its not working and since then i am talking to technical people and customer care people and other departments of godrej smart care on regular basis twice a day. And These people are SO SHAMELESS that they haven't given an ear to it. WHO GONNA HELP US I DONT KNOW? I WOULD REQUEST TO THE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY GODREJ APPLIANCES BECAUSE THEY ARE PATHETIC.
