Washing machine n the drier of machine is not working

I have bought Godrej washing machine n the drier of machine is not working. Every time I complaint the Technician comes and addresses the problem. Next time it is the same story.

I have complain three time to customer care n the engineer visited twice both time he said I’ll come tomorrow with new motor.

But still I’m waiting for him when I’m calling him (Shakir 09210839956) he is saying register compliant again. I’m totally fed up with this washing machine n I request you to pls help me for same or last way is left Consumer court.
