Godrej washing machine
AMC CONTRACT NOT BEING ATTENDED FOR WEEKS TOGETHER

Dear Sir,

We have the ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with Godrej for their own washing machine valid till 17/09. Our service no is 184299 & our phone no is 32401271 upon which they register our complaints.

Whenever we register a complaint, they take 4 to 5 days or sometimes even a week to solve even a minor problem against their assurance of attending the complaint by 24 hours!

Both of us are physically handicapped, walking with crutches.. Our washing machine has stopped working & our registered complaint is not attended for almost a week.. Moreover, whenever their engineer comes, he finds out some irrelvent fault to A.M.C. & charge us Rs.200 to 400 under different technical excuses.. Would you kindly help us at th earliest?
